Project Dry Basement

If you have experienced a basement backup (sewer water coming up from your floor drain), you may be eligible for a backflow prevention device.

Please note: Project Dry Basement and the Blueprint Sump Pump Program are separate projects. Project Dry Basement is open to all city residents, and installs backflow prevention devices. Learn more about eligibility for the Blueprint Sump Pump Program here.
